The Park and Recreation Department and the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife provide youth fishing clinics each summer.  Dates and locations of these clinics are announced ahead of time.  Department of Wildlife staff provide the youth with instruction on fishing safety, casting, knot tying and the opportunity to fish with help from staff.  This is a great opportunity for youth to become acquainted with fishing.
